This Children’s Mental Health Week, we’re taking steps in school to be Healthy: Inside and Out. Place2Be is encouraging children, young people and adults to look after their bodies and their minds – and you can join in!
It doesn’t have to be difficult. Our bodies and minds are connected, so simple things that we do to improve our physical wellbeing can help our mental wellbeing too.
As parents and carers, you play a very important role in your child’s health. When we take steps to be Healthy: Inside and Out, it helps us to feel better in ourselves, focus on what we want to do and deal with difficult times.
