From April 2018 the School of Military will be running a 6 week Outdoor Education Development Programme for pupils at Penkford school covering resilience, team building exercises, British core values and bush craft skills.

"Our intent as a Development Team is to progressively enhance resilience in others by using our unique development techniques, and our ethos of empowerment."

The School of Military - Our Mission

Our experience as soldiers, and as a team, has provided us with invaluable knowledge and skills to combat the challenges young people face today. We at the School of Military aim to support and develop a combined learning experience, with no child left behind. By teaching tolerance for others, acceptance of social and personal responsibility, respect and discipline, students gain a sense of achievement and improve their confidence, something we feel has been lost in today’s generation. We believe we have a duty of care for the young people of today, and in such a diverse and media fed society, we must provide them with real world realities and experiences to impact them and help mould them into respectful, disciplined and confident young minds.
