When did you first become a Governor at Penkford?

Newly appointed in December 2016

What interested you in becoming a Governor at Penkford?

Having spent 3 years as the Neighbourhood Police Sergeant at Earlestown I worked closely with the Penkford School and young children in the community who attend Penkford. I have seen the excellent work done by Penkford School with their students. When I was asked to become a Governor I saw this as an excellent opportunity to bring my skills and abilities to an already thriving team.

What do you enjoy most about your role as Governor?

Working with other Governors and learning from their experiences. Being part of Penkford School and watching how it improves and develops the staff and students

What are your hobbies and interests?

I enjoy spending time in the outdoors camping and walking. I also enjoy playing golf.
